These terms govern the application registered with Google as n8n Gmail Triage.
1. Scope
The application is a private automation operated by Pavel Plotnikov for his own Google accounts. It is not a product, not a service offered to the public, and not available for anyone else to connect. No account may be registered with it and no licence to use it is granted by this page.
2. Permitted use
Use is restricted to the operator and to Google accounts he owns. Any other use is unauthorised. Attempting to obtain access, or to connect an account not owned by the operator, is not permitted.
3. What the software does
It reads mail in the connected accounts, classifies each message with a language model, applies a Gmail label, and in some categories archives the message. It does not delete mail, does not send mail on the operator's behalf, and does not alter message content. The scopes it requests are listed on the home page; the data handling is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
4. Classification is imperfect
Categories are produced by a language model and will sometimes be wrong. A message may be filed under the wrong label or archived when it should have stayed in the inbox. Nothing is deleted, so any mistake is recoverable, but the operator accepts that automated triage is advisory and remains responsible for reading his own mail.
5. Availability
The software is self-hosted and offered with no uptime commitment. It may be stopped, changed, or removed at any time without notice.
6. No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software — including missed or misfiled correspondence. As the operator is also the only user, this allocation of risk falls on him.
8. Third-party terms
Use of Gmail through this application remains subject to Google's own terms and to the Google API Services User Data Policy. Where these terms conflict with Google's, Google's prevail.
9. Termination
Access ends whenever the operator revokes the application in his Google Account settings, or shuts the automation down.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation, where the operator resides.
